If your property corner posts are missing, a re-posting may be necessary, which also requires the preparation and filing of a Posting Plan in the land title office. Only a commissioned Land Surveyor can provide this service.
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
Provides 3D information of a site for planning and design purposes. A topographic site plan may include buildings, access roads, utilities, terrain features, natural boundaries, elevations, and contours.
SITE PLANS FOR BUILDING PERMIT
This is an office exercise prepared from legal survey plans, land title information, and building plans.
